All custom hat orders are FINAL sale. Full payments are expected upon completion and delivery of your hat. If you have not paid the remaining balance of your custom hat order by 3 weeks after it has been finished, unclaimed hats will remain property of Francis Hat Co. I take great pride in craftmanship and ensure quality standards before it leaves the shop. However, if there is an issue with your hat please reach out so I can make adjustments.
